Pros
If you want to prioritize mental health, this is a great place to work. Can be crazy at times but the culture supports taking lunch breaks, logging off at a reasonable time, and taking time for family or illness. Everyone is friendly and supportive. Good PTO and holidays off. Good medical and dental. Company covers most of the premiums.
Cons
There isn't recognition or compensation for going the extra mile so many people seem to kind of settle. The company is always bringing in new clients and developing and selling new products, but they definitely don't pay like it. Salary and benefits, other than medical and dental, could be better. Many benefits people think of just aren't offered at all - paid maternity leave, profit sharing, equity, and so on. C suite is not visible except for an occasional company meeting. No real transparency about company performance. Doesn't bring confidence.
