Holy crap. This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever encountered with. When first hired on you would think they would not be micromanaging at all, and that is a complete lie. Getting yelled at every other day, not being able to send emails without showing the manager first, getting yelled at in the common areas where other people from other companies work. Not to mention, expectation to reply back to managers messages at 9pm at night or get yelled at. Also, they make you take candidate calls on speaker in front of the WHOLE office and all attempt to talk to you while you're on the phone. Honestly the worst part was when I handed in my notice and left that night I logged into my personal LinkedIn to learn the manager of mobile had logged into my personal LinkedIn, and CHANGED my password and was sending messages to candidates pretending to be me in order to get their information to call them for positions. Went out of his way to have an email sent to my work email and change my password. Never in my life of working as a recruiter have I ever heard of someone doing this, not only to mention it is illegal. So if you decide to move forward and work with this company, be very very careful.

Not a healthy culture to work, favoritism is clearly seen, toxic environment, they do meeting every week 2-3 times just to repeat same thing over and over again. it is very demotivating environment, they don’t have any new business or try to get new business. Not a great leadership or training process either. Even the team members that you work with you are not collaborative, some of the recruiters here don’t know what they doing . Their process is to send 10-15 resumes and see what sticks, they won’t sync with the clients , do not try to get any updates from the clients too. Mind you if you ask them a question or give them any suggestion they explain their process immediately and what they follow. No open door policy or coming in with any new ideas. My advice to anyone reading this review stay away from this place if you do care about your mental health.
