      Pros

      Conveniently located, Monday to Friday with decent daytime hours. The work itself isn’t terribly complex.

      Cons

      Incompetent micromanagement. Little to no room for cross-training or advancement. High school like environment amongst floor employees. Pitiful raises, if you get one at all. Awful PTO policy.

      A select few people that are original AJL employees are good people to work with

      Company’s going under, management is inexperienced and unprofessional to the extreme, favoritism, LOW pay, no raises, gossip, childish work environment, clueless supervisors who can’t help you as well as the entire upper management team. Would give 0 stars if I could
