Visionary leadership, expertise in warranty, EPC, Ticketing, & complete Service Lifecycle Management solution. 4. Regular interaction with founder, development team, fun Fridays, regular team building activities. 5. New ideas are welcomed, & repudiation is reasoned properly with all stakeholders.

      Pros

      Intellinet Systems gets work-life balance right—once you’re off, no one bothers you. Salaries always come on time, which is a comfort. Hours are flexible, and if you’re dealing with health or family stuff, working from home for a bit is easy to sort. The outings are a highlight—trips from Rishikesh to Dharamshala left me with some pretty amazing memories. Management’s great, focused on your work, not pointless rules. Lots of opportunities to grow and take on challenges if you’re into that.

      Cons

      The only letdown is no permanent work-from-home option. Otherwise, it’s tough to complain!
