      Pros

      The students are the best part of the school. It's a shame they don't matter to management.

      Cons

      They care more about money than any education of students. The students are their last concern. It's funny... they have posters up everywhere about how important the students are, but they lie to both the student and employees. They are cutthroat management.

      Pros

      Small school which creates a family environment .

      Cons

      Senior management. Low pay in comparison to industry. Provide benefits but would be half your pay. No consistency. Minimal training. No ethics. I would never recommend anyone to attend this college as a student none the less work here.

      Pros

      There are very few I can think of. The only pro at the time was the potential for promotions but the previous growth that allowed for that appears to have dwindled.

      Cons

      Setup for failure through unrealistic expectations and minimal resources. Way behind on effective use of technology to streamline work flows and expected to learn things on your own. Upper management and owners never take accountability for how the organization is ran.
