As a help desk tech support you will be facing a lot of angry customers. Dealing with outrages expectations of a few customers.

Love working with customers from all over the US providing excellent customer service as well as collaborating with the talented staff for improving our products and procedures. For many years I have enjoyed working with this growing company developing websites and hope to stay for many more years. The days are fun, very busy and productive. There are many opportunities for those who are organized and have a passion for what we do.
Great place to work. There's a lot of opportunity to learn new things and grow as an employee overall. Co workers are great to work with! Great work/life balance.

Sometimes the workload can get a little overwhelming, but I don't know of a job that doesn't come with that. A job is a job! Overall it's a good workload.
