Pros

Many great people who work very hard (not leadership).

Cons

Leadership makes knee jerk decisions on a frequent basis to help the bottom line and benefit themselves to the financial detriment of sales and recruiters. Culture is considered throwing small amounts of money for fun events rather than treating employees with dignity and respect from the top down. The office is downtrodden and rundown, dead cockroaches lie around for months. Excessive use of profanity by leadership with no care or thought for others. Weak benefits - no 401K match, minimal PTO, antiquated technology. When sales or recruiters are doing extremely well and are making money for the company. they are praised and recognized. When they hit a bump in the road, there is immediate discussion of termination rather than help or support leading to 80% turnover is two years.
