      Pros

      Intercede is an organisation that's changed up a couple of gears and is ready to really starting motoring now. The working environment is one that is collaborative and supportive. There's a huge amount of knowledge to tap into and the new senior management team is one that is open, honest and keen to push the business forwards. The product is outstanding and trusted by leading blue chips, government agencies and governments around the world.

      Pros

      After a few years of stagnation the company is now pushing forwards in the right direction. It's a fast paced, action-oriented environment where's there's plenty of opportunity for people to make positive contributions.

      Cons

      Previously very top-down managed and hierarchical but that has changed with the new management
