Pros

Flexible and experiential for beginners / remote workers / freelancers. Good reader base, YouTube reach, and social media channels. Solid editorial team, decent pay, and global exposure.

Cons

They do not offer paid sick leave, which is illegal almost everywhere in the world. Middle management, ops, and HR keep rotating, no clarity or proper chain of command. Partiality in terms of benefits, leaves, and treatment based on where you live. Suppression of original thought, and no consultation with the people who will be affected by a decision. Looking at the current trajectory, the company is moving towards an AI content farm, focussing on quantity and sponsored content. I share this opinion with many still working.

Pros

Strong social media presence CEO had a good vision and seemed to care about some employees

Cons

No training, onboarding, or mentorship provided — I had to teach myself everything Toxic, manipulative coworkers were protected; workplace bullying was common Constant internal conflict and high turnover — someone quit almost daily Managers humiliated junior employees instead of leading Feedback was unfair, inconsistent, and biased Overworked and underpaid environment Gossip culture; people talked behind everyone’s back
