Greetings,
I'm disappointed that your work experience is less than ideal. With over 100 worksites we have leadership delivery or perceptions that are inconsistent with our company goals. Please contact me to discuss. Your input can be part of the solution. Tony Perry 360-600-1251
Great moral. Positive relationships with mentors and leadership. Excellent organization by corporation.
Cons
The company requires you to take a 30 min lunch within 5 hours and another 30 min lunch within 10 hours. You cannot sign a waiver to opt out due to company policy.

Thank you for your candid feedback.
As far as meal break is concerned, our hands are tied due to CA labor board rules and regulations.
We did use the meal break waiver but then it got out of hand and some employees could not adhere to working less than six hours so because of that we had to stop using the waivers.
We now use the waivers on a very selected basis.
I will make sure that your training is revisited one more time.
