Pros
Good benefits and employee protection. The company is currently in the process of making changes including a merger which is expected to improve the quality of business.
Cons
The pay is considered low which make sure it difficult for the company to hire new people. This results in many departments being understaffed and over worked. Management is very poor at communicating information. Often the industry knows more about where Intermarine is headed as a company than its employees do.
