      Interesting projects across China; interesting people; welcoming culture

      Cons

      overtime; hiring many interns from across Europe with 0 working experience because the company doesn't pay them when they easily could; no structure and prone to chaos; daily need to push people to work; everyone is late all the time; bad pay

      Is A young company in China, initiative, fun good as an experienced if you can get sponsored

      is located in China and so is quite detached from Europe so more advice proir to leaving for China as additional orientation would be of use.
