      Pros

      Great mission, progressive thinking, highly motivated people in different fields working together. You could own full-stack of technologies if you will. You can feel you're making difference for people, rather than profiting from them. Flexibility in work style.

      Cons

      Obviously compensation is not very high, money-wise. Medical cost is high compared to big organizations. Flat, loose organization structure may be frustrating to some.
