      Pros

      Casual atmosphere for the most part. Brewery downstairs.

      Cons

      A toxic boss that threatens and harasses his co-workers. Company has gone from 24 employees down to a handful due to mismanagement. Do not take a job here (if the company still exists for that matter).

      Pros

      Fellow co workers were nice to work with, free pizza on Monday, cool space, casual dress code, cool area of downtown, parking in back, near public transportation routes, discount at brewery downstairs

      Cons

      Not enough work, not a lot of interaction, unorganized projects, horrible boss who doesn't care about projects or employees, didn't feel valued as a person nor as an employee, a lot of people don't make an effort to get to know everyone

      A generally laid back place to work with negativity coming from the top

      Pros

      On a superficial level the work environment is very good: casual dress, beers after work, nice co-workers, cool offices, etc.

      Cons

      Since it's a small company, there's not a whole lot of chance for advancement. Most importantly, the leadership fails to inspire people to do good work - with high turnover rates and lots of complaining as a result.
