Pros

1. Diversity. You speak and meet many interesting people from various backgrounds and cultures

Cons

1. Management is unethical, deceitful, all around unprofessional. 2. Benefits are slim to none, pay is low and they expect you to use personal cell phones and computers to work around the clock with little to no compensation. 3. No HR department- Some individuals in senior management positions are only there because they are family and have no business managing people. They take everything personally and react explosively when things do not go their way. 4. Company Culture. For a company that preaches about how great the culture is, they dispose of employees left and right with little to no regard or remorse. Upper management is constantly trying to pin employees against one another by calling them in for “wellness check ups” and interrogating employees for information about others. You’d think they’d want employees to bond and build relationships within the company but that is definitely not the case here. 5. False opportunities for growth. I was promised growth into a position I was qualified for- never happened, as they were scrambling to keep the department I was in afloat and under control with no direct supervisor for over a year. 6. Employee retention. This place is a revolving door. I lost track of how many employees came and went in the short time I was there. 7. Lack of ethics and morality- provides services for the deaf community while ignoring and violating ADA regulations just to put more money in their pockets.
