Some of the employees are honest and helpful.
Cons
Dishonest company. They will throw you under the bus when a problem comes up. Management is all about looking good saving face. Company doesn't want to spend money on getting new shop tools or fixing the ones they have. You have to threaten to quit for them to raise your pay to a competitive wage. Management doesn't listen to the employees, and is reactive to situations instead of being proactive.
