This company has one of the most toxic management and HR teams I've ever encountered. Promotions and raises are not based on performance or talent but on favoritism and internal politics. Hardworking and capable employees are ignored, while those who constantly flatter management are rewarded, regardless of their contribution or competence. There is zero transparency in how decisions are made. Feedback is not welcomed—in fact, anyone who speaks up is seen as a threat. HR is completely unapproachable and acts more like a shield for bad managers than a support system for employees. Year after year, deserving employees are denied raises and promotions with no explanation, while less capable "favorites" climb the ladder. This has created a toxic culture where morale is consistently low, and people are constantly looking to leave.
