      Pros

      Training is world class Tech stack is great Teammates are legends Seriously high calibre people from a variety of work backgrounds, options to lean in and learn from colleagues are massive. Company rewards those that lean in and are supportive. Meritocratic business.

      Cons

      Progression is very much chart your own path, rather than a predetermined path you might find in larger orgs. Makes it quite confusing as to when you are ready to “level up”. This probably rings true for most companies at this stage of growth however. As the business grows, great opportunity to join and become integral part of the process.

      - Currently a fantastic balance between growth and stability. Hiring all the right people for all the right positions and you can see the impact it's making. - 3 points of coaching and development. Management, Internal enablement and external training providers. - Great product that provides genuine value. Very easy solution to get behind and articulate the value the customer will receive.

      Cons

      - What was a con is no longer with the recent hiring of more support staff for the sales team.
