      1) Genuine hard working employees 2) Good sales team and the large clients they bring 3) If you are in founder's good books, then your job is safe

      Cons

      1) Poor leadership starting with inexperienced founders 2) They use abusive language 3) Poor management of finances - late salaries, defaulting on employee provident fund and tax deposits, no increments and sales commissions 4) Founders only want to make money and run away - no focus on employee welfare and no vision 5) Founders are busy fighting over petty issues and do not focus on long term problems 6) No pay parity - if you are founder's favourite, you can threaten to leave and demand more money 7) We bring 4 large clients every quarter and lose 1 big client every month

      Young and enthusiastic team to play football every weekend No micro management

      Cons

      1) Majority of the core team joined with no experience. Same with leaders who bring no experience on the table. Big role titles with no ideas. 2) Sales team is good. Not so stable account management. Operations team rudely behaves with customes. Product team is building things on imagination not on research. Customer support is horrible. 3) Doesn't know how to manage finance. Salary can be delayed for 2-3 months. 4) No empathy for customers. Passed from founders. 5) HR team can focus on employee churn rather than doing fun activities

      Flexible Timings Work Life Balance Good Colleague No Micromanagement Complete ownership over your work

      Cons

      Most of the manager are not very technically knowledgeable. 8 sick leaves, 8 CL. No budget for personal development. No Employee Life Skill Training Programs. No Company Outings. No Employee Benefits Programs. Only WiFi reimbursement up to 1K per month. Most of the time, upper management is directionless.
