No strategic direction. No cohesion and so no teamwork to be turned and tuned into sharp tactical thinking. As managers move upward they disengage with their staff and others at lower management levels. Get up and get out. This lack of engagement desperatly needs to be reversed. There is an innate fear of competition which paralyses positive action as does a widely self-held belief that they simply deserve to win. A more realistic understanding of the company's position is required. They have completely failed to build an open, honest and self-critical team of talent and so failed to master the market. To sum-up a once-great company choked by collective arrogance and willing ignorance now driven by fear.

Having to work for senior people that don't understand sales and go out of their way to halt your career progression. The company does suffer from delusions of grandeur when comparing themselves to other vendors.
