      Good place to build up your resume if you’re interested in working XM, corporate, and getting involved with marketing and sales.

      Cons

      Can be demanding. Management doesn’t always have your back on things and often times is unaware of what their employees are doing on a day to day.

      good environement, you get the opportunity to travel to multiple places and meet a lot of different people. The pay rate is very good and they offer a lot of benifits

      You are a self employed so you need to file your own taxes.

      The pace can be demanding — tight timelines and high expectations come with the territory. Workload can fluctuate with project cycles, making work-life balance tricky at times. Processes are evolving, so adaptability is key.
