      Pros

      Rapidly growing, successful company. Excellent collaborative culture, where everyone has a voice. No egos. Shared drive to make the business as great as possible. Have to be comfortable with getting stuck in and taking ownership. Great opportunity to help shape the future of the business.

      Cons

      Benefits are a little lower than industry average. Growing company means processes and technology are catching up.

      Transparent open culture, positive can-do place to work, where your ideas are heard & supported.

      Cons

      Fast growing, they understaffed at the moment & are try to grow while maintaining a strong culture. They don't have all the structures & benefits you'd have at a larger company yet.
