Pros

It’s a really exciting time to be working in this industry, and Invisible is right at the heart of it. In my 18 months here, I’ve had the opportunity to grow and progress significantly. It’s a company where having an impact is genuinely rewarded with growth. The people are great, smart, kind, and truly care about the work they do. There are also fantastic opportunities to travel and meet international colleagues, which makes it feel like you’re part of a global community rather than just a remote team.

Cons

If someone prefers lots of structure, or existing systems + processes then this probably isn't the right role.

Pros

Flexibility, teamwork, transparency and fun to work with

Cons

Not a lot honestly, maybe just the workflow could be better, but can't blame the company since the work comes from clients.
