Pros
Great training and management, along with a good salary and very generous commission structure. Holiday targets (went Marbella and Madrid with them), and car targets, lunch clubs, and loads of night outs.
The management team care about their staff, but people with poor attitudes or those that lie will not be tolerated, which helps to create an environment of winners. Ethical company, first rule is not to lie.
