      A company with great working environment.

      Pros

      - You may get 'Work from Home" for as long as you want so that you can stay in touch with your family. - You get best people around you, who are always ready to help you bail out from some logical situation. (I mean codes, as I am a developer :) ). - As this company comes under Software Development sector, you get opportunity for working over diversified projects and clients. So you can extend your scope. - The company also work with clients from US and other foreign countries. So you may get to know about them and their Ideas to know how logical they are. - You get different perks, kits, paid-leaves, same like others in the team, no matter you are joining in which position. - 5 working days. - Bonus Point: They treat you like a family.

      Cons

      You will work with team. And the team's task is to complete assigned projects within given time duration from the client. So you may work some more hours. It just depends on your team, like how efficient they are. If you and the team work hard, you may get spare hours. No one will force you to give that extra hours. But it's our ethics, who want to know "is my project completed?"
