4yThank you for your feedback. We are working hard to adjust to the changes in the market right now. We are conducting payroll surveys and researching opportunities to raise the budgets on our set, long-term, government contracts. The recent economic changes and executive orders resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic have been a challenge for everyone-- especially small businesses. While I know it does not directly tie to pay, we do offer equipment, internet stipend and super flexible work from home opportunities for added value to our folks. I hope you felt that we treated you well and I can promise you we are working at providing a financially and culturally beneficial environment for everyone.
