      Impressive Fintech with focus on obtaining key talent

      Pros

      Ipreo seems to have been going through a lot of positive change over recent years and really focussing on career progression and getting the right talent in role. The recruitment process was well informed and HR/Talent kept me updated during the process so I never had to chase.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of change, so stability should be the focus in the short term to mid term for excellent and sustainable results.
