Your helping save lives. And helping your community
Cons
The supervisors are Toxic, Its a Hostile Work Environment at best. Training is the bare Minimum. The ops Manager is a perv and should be fired. Management doesn't care that the supervisors treat staff bad. And the Supervisors need to be fired a long long time ago. People are losing lives due to errors of Assist Supervisors not knowing how to do the job.
Leadership is does not progress, communication is lacking, employees are more out for themselves then for the team, not welcoming to people that are not in their circle. Not progressive.
