Pros
Coworkers were like a family, everyone worked together and did whatever it took to get the job done, regardless of whose responsibility it wad.
Cons
Company owners focus was other businesses and as a result did not pay attention to any issues happening. A lot of smoke and mirrors.

Pros
Good hardworking staff always willing to go the extra mile and hour. Day shift started at 8:30am which helped facilitate morning errands. Conveniently located.
Cons
Poor organizational structure and management communication. Too many loose company programs causing lack of vision and guidance. Poor supervisor feedback.
