      Pros

      Good Project and A Lot to learn, it's just a small company so all works are task to everyone. That's why you will learn a lot.

      Cons

      The company is not fair, racist, if you're not white you'll receive lesser salary but with same job description. poor management for 2 years of stay, me and all my colleagues didn't receive any increment.
