      - Great staff/teammates - Friday Drinks - Good socials

      Cons

      - Very delayed recognition for hard-work or promotions (if at all) - Cult culture - Rely on the office setup to be the 'big sell' - Made all employees work through furlough and didn't respond well when disagreed with - CEO has too much involvement in every single department - Company structure changes weekly - Management handle sensitive conversations badly - Regular complaints about management have not been actioned - Staff turnover mentioned as 'normal' when not - No work life balance

      Extremely poorly treated during the pandemic. Forced to work full time for furlough payments or threatened with redundancy for almost a year. Bad upper management. All singing all dancing CEO has no compassion for any employee.

      Cons

      When the pandemic hit, we were Furloughed but made to work. We were blackmailed in a sense that if we didn’t work, then we would be made redundant. This obviously didn’t sit right at all, but continued to work throughout the pandemic, and then made redundant anyway. Despite the government paying our salaries. Avoid at all costs!!
