      Pros

      We have a friendly in-house team that is always ready to help and support newbies. I also loved the onboarding system — all educational materials and resources are nicely put in one place, and the curator is always there to guide you. An ability to set your flexible working schedule is a unique chance to balance life and work – I have managed to complete a college degree and take full-time care of my mom without compromising job performance. My verdict: a great place for all employees ready to take an active part in business growth and receive flexible working hours and fair pay in return.

      Throughout 5+ years of my work here, I haven’t had significant issues or conflicts because of the friendly, supportive culture and an objective remuneration system.

      My favorite aspect of my job is the flexibility of my schedule. Also, I believe that my salary and the team I work with have a significant impact on my satisfaction with what I do.
