Expected to let Ivy rule your life. EU division is racist to the core. UK Senior leadership lie and treat staff barely better than slaves. Wages are lower than competitors. No support or vision from UK senior leadership. Only keep staff who say “YES” to everything

Working at Ivy has always been a pleasure since I started which is now over 3 years ago. There's many opportunities to learn or improve skills whether that is use of a different programme, customer service or working as a team. The team is a great bunch of people, always willing to help and work together to resolve issues for our customer. Overall Ivy is a great place to work.

Cons

It can get busy around holiday seasons, which becomes stressful at times but as always we as a team manage to push ourselves and get the job done.
