Pros
Benefit package is excellent, vacation time generous. A lot of people with long careers at JARC.
Cons
There has been so much change and direction has been given by the board of directors who are not fully informed about the day to day. Board of directors need a bigger picture overview of what goes on beneath the executive level. They have made disastrous decisions that could cost the company many great employees.
