      Pros

      The management here in our Round Rock Office have always been supportive of us Realtor's. Even though we are independent contractors, we rely on the support of our company through education, leagal advise, everyday required items to help us with marketing, farming, advertising, etc. JB Goodwin is definately excellent in those areas.

      Cons

      The only cons would be that we still cater to the newer agents, which is exactly why I loved it when I was new in the business. The experienced agents need support as well in the education, and I see that JB is starting to engage those agents which in the long run will be great for all.

      Pros

      I interviewed with several brokers after I got my real estate license and JB Goodwin really stood above the rest. Their ongoing training program has been great and the support network of the company really can't be beat. Mark Murrell, manager of the West Lake office, has the patience of a saint and makes himself available for questions at pretty much any time, in addition to many other faculty members that are ready and willing to help on a moments notice. I've met with JB himself numerous times, and he is an incredibly insightful, funny and over-all inspiring guy who I'm proud to work for. I've been there for almost two years now and very happy.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any negatives. If you need an employer that pressures you to produce more, then this wouldn't be the place for you. Some agents are full-time and others are part-time and you make your own schedule, so if you need to be micro-managed in order to be productive I'd look somewhere else!
