Pros
Very understanding of mental health issues, extremely laid back put employees first every time, loads of free food in the office and regular events/nights out with the team, all managers are very well trained and offer excellent support.
Cons
Progression is fairly unclear, but aside from this, I cannot fault them

fast paced, can be a lot of work

if you ask for help, they'll listen. Also really focused on improving their staff through training and recognition/praise.
