      No pros at all, none

      Cons

      Worked there for 2 weeks - probation period being 6 months. Was called in suddenly after one lunchtime to say that I was not suitable for the job and was not at level they expected me to be. Mind you, I don't think they ever invested in training me properly. I was then told I needed to pack my things immediately and was escorted out the building like a criminal. I was in shock, and it was such a horrible experience.

      There were none that I found

      The management is poor, employees are treated like cannon fodder with no respect show unless you're face fits. I have seen appalling health and safety breaches including the over turning of a side loader moving a machine out of the factory on the orders of a group manager. I have seen employees working machines full of shavings and dust because the extraction was not adequate, hazardous to health. As previously mentioned some managers are aggressive, employees being told if you don't like it get out. Very very poor company to work for. Dickensian
