Very abusive employer. They offer bottom dollar pay, no promotions, and have horrible managers who have no idea how to run a company and will foster hostile work environments toward those who do not “fall in line”. Stay away from JF and any of its other companies.

The firm's mission is broader than the maximization of shareholder wealth. There is a clear commitment to employee well-being and community improvement. Hard work is rewarded, acknowledged and appreciated. An environment of trust and support has been cultivated. I would strongly recommend JF Capital to friends and family as a phenomenal place to build a long term career.
Cons
I have no complaints. Working at JF has been a pleasure and is undoubtedly the best job I have ever had. Employees who join the firm typically stick around for the long term because of the ample opportunities for growth, work life balance and supportive work environment.
