Pros
The founders of the company are genuinely good people with a passion for the business, high ethical standards and a true caring for their customers and employees. Everyone is a team player and there is a spirit of team throughout. Fast growth means fast pace so there is plenty of room for all to grow and rise. Benefits are good and compensation is well within the industry standard. Nearly 100% telecommute. We take work hard, play hard seriously, so we have great company events after we have worked hard.
Cons
There really are none if you thrive in a rapidly evolving, fast paced environment where you are constantly challenged to learn new things. If you want to just do enough to get by, you should probably look elsewhere.
