      I have worked in JIMS Sector-3 for more than 2 years.The worst place I have been. Management of the institute is the most ridiculous and arrogant. They lack in professionalism as well as working standards. Seniors are not at all supportive and even backstab you everytime, make fun out of you and shout at you when you ask anything. Working environment is worst.
