      Pros

      Quick response when I have questions. My manager is very nice and goes above and beyond. Flexible schedule, the app is really easy to use and the website, after a few times of navigating, I was able to get it down. I'm not sure why the other reviewers said the servers are not treated well. I have not experienced that at all. Great pay too!

      Pros

      I like my coworkers, it is close to my house, the company has a good dynamic, the owner is very involve in cases where the server are rude to me and I appreciate that he backs me up. I have learned a lot since I started working here.

      Cons

      While I do like the concept of giving employees seconds chances and I am thankful for it, sometimes management will take it to the extreme by allowing people to get away with too much.
