      Pros

      I I have been working with JK Tech for last 24 years,  I have gained a lot of experience and it has given me the opportunity to work my way up within this company. My reporting managers have been supportive from the beginning and have helped me to maintain operations in the UK.  Also there are a lot of opportunities for newcomers, and a lot of new things to learn.

      I don't believe there is anything negative in my experience working with JK Tech

      Supportive leadership with a clear vision for growth and innovation. The work environment is collaborative, employee-friendly, and encourages learning and ownership. The hybrid work culture, flexibility, and weekends off contribute to a healthy work-life balance. Over my five years at JK Tech, I have experienced steady professional growth and have always felt valued and supported by both the management and the team.

      Cons

      There are very few challenges worth highlighting. Like any growing organization, some internal processes can continue to evolve, but overall there are no major concerns that significantly impact the employee experience.
