      Pros

      Great benefits, but the unlimited PTO is misleading

      Cons

      The culture is exclusive, not inclusive. Consistent unrealistic work expectations are the norm and office politics are unmanageable. Staff turnover is exceptionally high and if you decide to accept an offer have a backup plan. Management will seem charming in the interview, but soon after starting it will become evident this place is completely out-of-touch with reality.

      Pros

      Other staff/partners were friendly and easy to work with.

      Cons

      Claimed to have work/life balance, proved to be not true. As a female minority in the company, I could probably open a suit as to inappropriate comments. Stay away, not worth it. They are still small enough to get away with some things, where a larger firm would not.

It has been a few years since you left this review -- technology and changing client expectations led to a significant reduction in out-of-town travel during busy season. It sounds like that is a positive change for you. (However, as you know, some of our team members like the travel.)
