The people at the staff and middle mgmt level are very smart and nice to work with.
Cons
DO NOT APPLY HERE!!! I would give no stars for work life and senior mgmt if I could. There is no organizational structure. If you express concerns, they will make your life a living hell. Leadership makes weird business decisions that do not make sense and non-verbal communication is condescending. They offer perks like sporting event tickets and gives at company events but it is not a fair system; they pick their favorites. There is a lot of favoritism where some can be complacent and mess up continually but will never get in trouble while others work their tails off and mgmt will find every reason possible to scrutinize any errors or flaws no matter how small.
