      Pros

      The people at JMP really make the company what it is. It is so welcoming and friendly and people are always willing to offer a helping hand with positive energy. I think JMP looks after its employees really well and the benefits package is also very good.

      Cons

      It's currently a small but growing company and I hope that as it grows it doesn't lose sight of what makes it so good.

      Excellent focus on company culture, inclusion and diversity Trusting management with hands-off style to help you develop Good opportunity to meet customers from range of backgrounds Nice balance between technical and sales-based responsibilities Good work/life balance and 90% work from home.
