      no pressure you can work freely

      Cons

      There is no management.only one person is there for running the comany name as Sandesh karnire.I was there for 2 months only.he told me that i can give you salary only after client payment is done.so decide whether to go for such company or not.. and the main thing its a startup no management nothing else is there.and now they are planning to shift to borivali or mira road with team size of 1 only

      Pros

      The management at JP Innovations is awesome. It has some of the best people I've ever worked for. Flextime and pay are both excellent and one has freedom to make many decisions. The staff here are some of the most intelligent and thoughtful people on the planet and it feels like working with family.

      Cons

      JP Innovations is in a very competitive market and margins are slim so the company is often finds itself in a financial bind and paychecks can be delayed for long periods of time.
