Pros

can be an easy life sometimes if you keep your head down

Cons

incompetent directors who do not know or understand the industry they work in produces a random, bullying culture, lack of effective leadership, no staff development or training, poor remuneration and poor quality product that is hard to sell. There is a queue of Employment Tribunal cases also. Swearing, sexist, and patronising environment.

Killing the culture

Pros

Great potential if the company can get the finance it needs to fund growth. There is lots of good will from employees and they care about patients.

Cons

The new 2017 regime are destroying the culture and the directors are no longer trusted. It is only a matter of time before the next key employee is thrown out and even more knowledge and skills are lost.
