Pros

Can't seem to come across any pro's here

Cons

Very badly organisation of management here. Get thrown in with odd bits of work to do nothing ever explained correctly. When it comes to any issues that arise you are to blame even though issues could have been solved if correctly briefed. High turnover of staff Last minute works thrown at you near the end of the day and have to work overtime Employees are generally quiet not a happy place to work at all. No flexibility at all. Never went on site only ever saw the computer.

Pros

Positive environment with a lot to learn. Potential to move up the ranks is accessible if you show your worth.

Cons

No introductions in the first instance and you have to introduce yourself to everyone which can be an issue at times.
