Pros
Learning different equipment ands vehicles and also not confined to a office or factory
Cons
Lots of miscommunication, not enough compensation, allot of "figure it out" mentality, some non customers can be violent, lie or very rude, lots of the vehicles and or equipment are either breaking down ,broken or outdated, lots of the vehicles used don't have working AC in the summer, sometimes work well pass the heat cap of 86 degrees, work well past hours and still expected to come in early the next morning on time, the amount of work expected of us isn't worth the pay unless you work a ton of OT barely any opportunities for pay increase but work load will be added
