Was a great workplace but lost its core values/fundamentals with new leadership

Pros

Celebrating success both at region and company wide levels made a positive and encouraging impact.

Cons

The “JVM Fundamentals” began to be a thing of the past. BIG loss at being relentless about continuous improvement. JVM used to be a great place to work. Sadly restructuring and fast paced Implementation of new products and procedures wasn’t executed with low impact/stress to both associates and residents.

Tons of turnover everywhere at every level. I mean tons!
